Groups: Divide the data into different sample groups.

Samples: Divide the exosome data into different samples.

Select tab: Color the exosome data according to different categories, and use the corresponding multi-selection buttons below to select the corresponding types for data highlighting.

Clusters: Color the exosomes according to the subpopulation information.

Groups: Color the exosomes according to the sample group information.

Samples: Color the exosomes according to the sample information.

Here, you can also use the brush selection tool to manually select the exosome data set that you are interested in by drawing a box.

Note: Please close the brush selection box while using the brush selection tool.

Protein tab: Select the proteins of interest by checking the protein list below, and you can highlight the exosomes that express the corresponding proteins by clicking. When multiple proteins of interest are selected, you can use the toggle button to choose whether to highlight the set of exosomes that express only one of the proteins or the set of exosomes that express all of them.

Clear button: It can clear all the selected proteins.
